You are invited to meet Jodi Habush Sinykin, Attorney for the Wisconsin Humane Society, to discuss the Smith-Kreitlow Bill.  They know that reputable breeders are already meeting these basic standards of care and believe the bill would do a lot to protect against the harm inflicted by unscrupulous breeders and to maintain the positive reputation of Wisconsin breeders. They want to get your feed-back so this legislation isn't a hardship for caring dog breeders. We have already made it known that clarification is needed for large dog breeds' litters who have larger litters than the toy breed litters.  Your participation is critical.
